We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to help provide a high level of customer service with the aim of improving the customer experience.
This is an opportunity for the right candidate to join at an exciting time and grow their experience within a structured, supported, and innovative department.
What you will be doing:
As a Customer Service Sales Advisor, your key focus is to ensure that our customers receive a fantastic overall experience whilst visiting our depot. But what does the job look like you may ask?
You will liaise with customers including and acting as the first point of contact for a customer to resolve any issues/problems and follow up (being front of house)
You will maintain and develop an effective relationship with all customers and carry out all necessary paperwork and ad hoc admin support for the operational depot
You will drive new business initiatives to targeted industry sectors and utilise our CRM system to maintain accurate records
Identify key leads, following up and passing them to our commercial team
You’re the kind of person who always likes to learn new things and always looking to do better with a great attitude to work. Your passion for providing excellent customer service will be second to none.
You will have excellent communication skills and you enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
