As an Operations Manager, the greatest challenge within your career will start on your first day at EMR.
What you will be doing:
Your career with EMR will start by initially managing employees across the operation. Giving you plenty of opportunities to learn from different levels of experience within the business.
You'll lead and develop your workforce through your adaptive management style. Strategically, or you may want to roll your sleeves up and lead by example that way.
Your passion for customer service is second to none, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of our operation.
Your interest and experience in continuous improvement methodologies from your industry will give you the desire to adapt your practices at EMR, never-ending to strive for perfection in everything you do.
You'll initially help look after your chosen site, but as EMR pushes to achieve our 'net zero' emissions by 2040 strategy. You too will also be pushed to grow your career within EMR.
