We are looking for a Commercial Lead Generator to place outbound calls to active, lapsed and new potential customers, to help promote and generate increased business across EMR.

What you will be doing:

Here are a few things that you will be doing:

As a Commercial Lead Generator, your key focus is to drive new business initiatives to targeted industry sectors and promote our services in a conversational and pragmatic manner.

You will effectively engage with customers to advise EMR’s service and offerings

You will proactively identify key leads, following-up and passing these on to the commercial buyers for them to pursue

You will use and maintain our CRM system to keep customer data up to date

About you:

You are the kind of person who has a passion for sales and engaging with customers

You are enthusiastic with your approach with a great attitude to work. Your passion for providing excellent customer service will be second to none.

Your engaging personality and enthusiasm can demonstrate excellent customer service

You will be resilient, as we all know sales isn’t easy! But your positive personality will look for the best outcomes for customers, colleagues and suppliers.

You will have excellent communication skills and you enjoy working in a fast pace sales environment.
