We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to help provide a high level of customer service with the aim of improving the customer experience.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to help provide a high level of customer service primarily via inbound calls, with the aim of improving the customer service.

What you will be doing:

As a Customer Service Sales Advisor, your key focus is to ensure that our customers receive a fantastic overall experience whilst visiting our depot. But what does the job look like you may ask?

You will act as the first point of contact for in-bound calls to local EMR businesses, dealing with a wide range of enquiries.

You will have the ability to maximise the business opportunity resulting from the enquiries, working closely with depots, Commercial team and lead generators

You will effectively engage and educate customers on EMR’s offerings

You will be responsible for your own administration of new and existing accounts, invoicing, pricing and other duties on the CRM, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer data

About you:

You’re the kind of person who always likes to learn new things and always looking to do better with a great attitude to work. Your passion for providing excellent customer service will be second to none.

Your engaging personality and enthusiasm can demonstrate excellent customer service

You will have excellent communication skills and you enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
